The Novaland Group on Thursday won the corporate excellence award at the Asia Pacific Entrepreneurship Awards 2019 ceremony.
Organised in 2017, the Asia Pacific Entrepreneurship Awards (APEA) recognises outstanding entrepreneurs and organisations for their entrepreneurial excellence across Asia.
The prestigious APEA awards aim to connect successful entrepreneurs, business leaders and organisations across the region to strengthen regional ties and growth in entrepreneurship, encouraging fair practices and greater innovation along the way.
Over the last 27 years, Novaland has become the leading prestigious real estate developer in Viet Nam, with over 40 residential projects in key locations in HCM City and a diverse range of more than 27,000 products, serving more than 250,000 customers, as well as further expansion into other provinces and cities.
The group has secured a large land area covering 4,270 hectares to develop housing projects in HCM City, satellite towns, and hospitality real estate projects. These are important factors that will ensure stable growth for Novaland in the long term.
Besides effective business operations, taking good care of employees’ lives, the group has been implementing numerous activities associated with community responsibilities.
For example, the group has joined hands with Operation Smile to raise funds to bring smiles to children with a cleft lip and cleft palate, and has donated funds for heart and eye surgeries for children in the Mekong Delta provinces
The “Clean Water for School” programme sponsored by Novaland and the Sponsoring Association for Poor Patients has installed filtering systems to provide clean drinking water that meets the standards of the Pasteur Institute and to protect the health of pupils and teachers in the Mekong Delta region who face serious clean water shortages.
