Peugeot Viet Nam has launched the “Total customer service – Peugeot Total Care” promotion programme with special preferential prices for its 3008, 5008 and Traveler and other benefits.
Since entering Viet Nam at the end of 2013, Peugeot has increasingly underlined the attraction of a legendary car brand from France.
To mark an impressive six years in which it sold more than 6,000 vehicles, from now until the end of this month customers will get discounts of up to VND 50 million (US$ 2,100) on the Peugeot 3008 and Peugeot Traveler and VND 25 million (US$ 1,050) on the Peugeot 5008 besides six unique service offers from Peugeot Total Care customer care package.
Five-year genuine warranty period
The Truong Hai Auto Corporation (THACO) will increase the warranty period from three years to five years and from 100,000 km to 150,000km, whichever comes first.
This is a convincing affirmation by Peugeot about the quality of components as well as the quality of engineers and assembly lines at its Chu Lai factory in Quang Nam Province.
Free one year physical insurance
To offer as many benefits as possible to customers, Peugeot Viet Nam continues to run incentive programmes for its two best-selling SUVs. Customers who buy the 5008 or 3008 will get free physical insurance for one year (equivalent to VND 20 million).
My Peugeot App
In August Peugeot Viet Nam rolled out My Peugeot App, a mobile application for Peugeot owners.
It provides all existing Peugeot service information such as vehicle operation instructions, service appointment scheduling, warranty information, maintenance history, and vehicle repair and care programmes, enables customers to search for and navigate to the nearest workshop, and assess and comment on the quality of service.
10 per cent discount on service fees on My Peugeot App
Peugeot Viet Nam offers a discount of 10 per cent on lubricants, parts and maintenance (not applicable to copper paint repair) to customers making an appointment on the My Peugeot App.
This promotion is meant to encourage customers to use the application, provide them with flexibility in making an appointment and reducing the waiting time when taking their car for repair. It also enables dealers to smoothly arrange their schedule to serve customers better.
When customers bring their car for repair or maintenance to Peugeot workshops and the repair time exceeds two hours (copper paint repair excluded), they will be provided with replacement vehicles.
Customers living in places where there are no Peugeot service centres will be consulted extensively about the vehicle by staff and offered free vehicle inspection with specialised equipment, and maintenance and care of the car will be done at a special cost by skilled and experienced technicians.
But Peugeot Viet Nam is also constantly expanding its extensive distribution network to offer maximum convenience to customers.
The number of its showrooms is 18, and it is expected that by the end of this year the number will increase to 22, a testimony to the strong progress of Peugeot in Viet Nam. — VNS
